Shipping policy
Processing Time
Open Series pieces ship within 1 to 2 business days when in stock. If a color or size isn't currently available, it's a pre-order, arriving in 4 to 6 weeks.
Archival Series commissions are produced individually, by appointment. Estimated production time is five to seven weeks from receipt of full payment and the textile. Production begins only after the commission has been confirmed in writing.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship via UPS. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States typically takes 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; ACRYLAÉ STUDIO is not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for Open Series orders, or provided as a line item on your commission quote for Archival Series pieces.
Packaging and Insurance
Each piece is packaged individually for transit. Shipments are insured for their full value. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please retain all packaging materials and contact us at hello@acrylae.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can begin a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order or confirming a commission. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@acrylae.com — we cannot guarantee a correction once a package has shipped.

Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products purchased from ACRYLAÉ STUDIO pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
